Animation Art Student Training
Working with Instructor Gail Aritani and students from the Kamehameha High school of visual arts. We set up a program where students created imagery for the Kumulipo creation chant opening sequence for the film. All students who participated also recieved their first film screen credit

The goal in creating a animated film on HĀLOA was to bring the Hawaiian Languge to forfront of the animation storytelling. With this in mind we only recorded a Hawaiian language version of the script for the film.
